I see you have an item listed as SOLD on your website, will you be getting more?

Maybe, but probably not exactly. Since most of the items you see on the website come from my treasure hunting trips at estate sales, antique shops, and auctions, I am getting only what is available at the time. Often the pieces I find are vintage or antique and very hard to find in regular retail. Be sure to follow us on Instagram to stay informed of our regular sales and promotions.

Do you accept returns?

Sorry, but no. Due to the nature of this shop and the limitations of a one-woman enterprise, I simply don’t have the resources to honor returns. However, if there is a problem with your order due to shipping, let us know ASAP so that we can work with the shipping provider to get it resolved.

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.

Is this website secure for my credit cards?

Absolutely, and you can be assured of this through the (s) after our http in the address. 

I’m having difficulty placing my order, what now?

Try choosing a different payment method. If your issue is not resolved, try using a different browser or check your security settings. Most issues are related to firewall settings or the browser's security settings.

If I have items in my cart does that mean they are mine to purchase?

Items in your cart do not guarantee a purchase. The only way to ensure the item is yours, is if the payment is confirmed. Having an item in your shopping cart does not hold it for you, and the item cannot be confirmed until you have completed the checkout process. Sorry!

Can I cancel an order?

Possibly. If you email us and receive a response before it is shipped out, then it can be stopped. Once the order is shipped and you have received tracking information, then the order is on its way and cannot be returned.

Where do you ship?

At this time we can only ship to the Contiguous United States.
