Shipping rates shown at checkout are discounted rates and are significantly lower than what you would pay to ship this item from the retail counter. Heritage Home Furnishings is absorbing some of the shipping costs to offset the prices quoted from USPS and UPS in effort to keep our prices competitive.

Damaged Packages: 
Important message about damaged shipments for reimbursement or replacement (if applicable): If you receive a damaged package/purchase, please take photos of the exterior packaging as well as the interior packaging. Please keep all interior packaging intact until all photos have been taken. Please do not dispose of any part of the packaging until you have received confirmation from Heritage Home Furnishings. Immediately email us at info@shopheritagehomefurnishings.com with the photos. Without the photos we cannot provide a refund or replacement. Thank you so much.
