This is such a pretty version of the classic Blue Willow transfer pattern. I love the lighter shade of blue with the gold rim. This is a lovely piece that could be displayed or used as a tray on a vanity. I like to corral beauty products on the counter with plate like this. Unmarked and in excellent antique condition and measures 10" x 9.25".
