A spirited English sporting painting featuring mounted riders in traditional red hunting coats galloping across an open countryside landscape. Rich green fields, soft autumn foliage, and a sweeping sky create a beautiful backdrop for this classic equestrian scene. Painted in oil on board and signed by the artist, this early to mid-20th-century work is presented in a decorative gilt frame. A lovely addition to an equestrian-inspired interior, traditional study, or collected gallery wall. Vintage condition consistent with age. Approximately 11” x 17”, including frame.
